This enchanting evening will lure you on a culinary voyage infused with the vibrant flavors of global spice trade routes. 11 masterful chefs from around the world will gather in this gastronomic oasis to showcase dishes that pay homage to the Silk Road and the diverse cultures united by their embrace of intricately spiced dishes.

And while every bite is a journey through time and place, the same could be said about the wines you’ll taste! Learn to identify the hypnotic scents of cardamom, cumin, pepper, vanilla and more as world-renowned winemakers and sommeliers uncork some of the best vintages to indulge your senses. Plus, cocktail afficionados will enjoy refreshing spice-infused creations by some of the top mixologists in the country. Priority ticket gives you early entry at 5:00 P.M., an hour before General Admission attendees.
VIP includes early entry access at 5:00 P.M. with reserved table seating on our VIP deck with sunset views and the best seat to watch the fireworks. VIP guests will enjoy four exclusive stations in addition to having access to graze on all 11 chef creations on the beach. VIP stations will feature:
- Foie gras delights from Chef Lenny Messina and Hudson Valley Foie Gras;
- Truffle and pasta bar from Chef Daisuke Hamamoto;
- Chef Roy Yamaguchi‘s signature raw bar;
- Caviar tastings with unique accoutrements from Chef Ryo Takatsuka;
- Private bar of premium wines and champagne.
