After accumulating international experience as a bartender in Tokyo, London, New York, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, Hideyuki Saito has focused his skills and creativity on prestigious cocktail bars and hotels worldwide. His career has included notable contributions to establishments such as Soho House, PURL London, and Angel’s Share in New York.

Hideyuki Saito achieved a top 8th ranking at the Bacardi Legacy 2017 Global Final cocktail competition, underscoring his outstanding achievements in the field. Currently, he leads the team at Gold Bar at EDITION in Tokyo, recognized with a top-three placement in the Best Cocktail Menu category at The World’s 50 Best Bars 2023.
