- AUCTION CLOSING: The auction will close on November 10, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. HST
- PAYMENT & PROCESSING: All payments must be processed and items organized before any pickups can begin
- ITEM PICKUP: Pickup is expected to begin on or around November 20, 2026, at the Hawaii Food & Wine Festival (HFWF) office. Winning bidders will receive an email with detailed instructions when their item(s) are ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before visiting the office. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your items!
- SHIPPING & HANDLING: Winning bidders who are unable to pick up their item(s) in person are responsible for all shipping and handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid total. Alcoholic items are subject to the restrictions below.
- AGE REQUIREMENT: Bidder must be 21 years of age or older to bid on any items containing wine, spirits, or beer
- ALCOHOL PICKUP RESTRICTIONS: Alcoholic items CANNOT and WILL NOT be shipped off-island. Winning bidders must arrange to pick up these items at the HFWF office—no exceptions
- FINAL SALES & RESPONSIBILITY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. HFWF is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
