Trevor Luke is the Director of Culinary Operations for Zippy’s Restaurants. His background in culinary comes from the Culinary Institute of the Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii where he double majored in culinary arts and patisserie. With 14 years of experience under his belt, Trevor Luke oversees menu and recipe development, training, bakery and back of house operations. Most recently, Luke has been responsible for developing the high school Culinary Internship Program.
