Tiffany Tubon

Tiffany Tubon brings over 20 years of experience in tourism and hospitality to her role as Brand Manager at Ko Hana Distillers, Hawaii’s first and only vertically integrated distillery where every ounce of rum is made from heirloom Hawaiian sugarcane. She is passionate about local Hawaiian culture, as she is deeply rooted to the islands where her great grandfather first settled from the Philippines in 1907 to work at the Hawaii Sugar Planter’s Association in Kealia, Kauai. Her grandfather was the electrician at the Olokele Sugar Mill and her husband’s grandfather was a “luna” (foreman) at the Del Monte Plantation in Kunia Camp, where Ko Hana Distillers now stands. Tiffany has a deep appreciation for her family’s generations of hard work and stewardship of Hawaii’s sugar plantations, and she is very proud to represent the world class rum that is 100% grown and produced here.
