A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York, Patrick Heymann has cooked his way through exotic kitchens around the world, including as Executive Chef at CordeValle in San Martin, California. Heymann started his career at the Hyatt Waikoloa and was the founding executive chef at Kohanaiki on the Kona Coast. Most recently, Heymann was executive chef at Loews Minneapolis Hotel in Minnesota. With these global influences and diverse techniques, Patrick Heymann will oversee all dining options as well as the distribution of Ouli’s farm grown products. A resident of Hawaii Island for more than 20 years, Heymann’s cuisine will focus on locally grown ingredients and engaging culinary experiences at Ouli Farms.
