Mylen Yamamoto Tansingco is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and visionary builder rooted in culture and community. She is the founder of Clique-Now, a talent management company representing top digital creators with a collective following of over 80 million. From 2020 to 2024, she was named to Business Insider’s list of Top 25 Talent Managers.

Born and raised in Hawaii and a proud graduate of Moanalua High School, Mylen infuses her island roots and entrepreneurial spirit into everything she builds. She is also the founder and inventor of Cropsticks (as seen on Shark Tank), an eco-friendly bamboo innovation that became a certified B Corp and is now found in over 500 locations across the U.S.

A former university professor and lifelong educator, Mylen is a teacher at heart. Her ventures span intellectual property, merchandising, and sustainability—each grounded in a mission to uplift underrepresented voices and build legacy-driven, future-ready businesses.
