From June 2020 to August 2024 Laura served as Sales Director at Mastrojanni Winery in Montalcino where she expanded both the domestic and international markets and positioned the Winery with the leading importers and distributors. Meanwhile she was also part of the Polo del Gusto Sales Committee together with the sales management of the sisters companies, Illy Coffee, Domori Chocolate and Damman Frères.
With over a decade of experience at Avignonesi, where she held the role of US Market Specialist and Brand Manager from 2012 to May 2020, Laura played a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and sales performance in the highly competitive US market. Her responsibilities included cultivating and nurturing relationships with clients, distributors, and importers, organizing and managing client visits, and representing the brand at national and international trade fairs. Prior to her tenure at Avignonesi, Laura served as the Responsabile Ufficio Commerciale Estero, where she oversaw commercial office operations and international logistics, honing her skills in client relationship management, trade show participation, and sales administration. She began her career as an Assistente Vendite Export at Classica S.p.A., gaining valuable experience in export sales support and logistics coordination.
