Jessica Everett began her restaurant career at the age of 14. In high school she dreamed that one day she would own her own bar in a tropical location.

After a nearly 10 year stint working at and managing some of San Francisco’s most prestigious bars, she decided to make the leap to Maui and make that dream a reality.

After two years of hard work and dedication she opened Esters Fair Prospect, a tropical, rum-focused cocktail bar in Wailuku. Esters was recently awarded best new bar by Maui Times and Everett named Maui’s best mixologist.
