Jennifer Luck is Chief Executive Officer of Common Ground Kauai, a regenerative hospitality company committed to creating experiences that connect people to food systems, land stewardship, and culture. Previously COO (2020–2023), she brings 20+ years of operations experience in budget oversight, team leadership, and execution. Jennifer chairs the board of Hawaii Land Trust and serves on the board of Kipuka Kuleana, advancing community-led conservation and access to aina. At Common Ground, she focuses on building resilient, financially disciplined operations that deliver exceptional guest experiences while strengthening local communities. She holds an MBA from the University of Southern California.
