Join the Hawaii Ag & Culinary Alliance (HACA) and Leeward Community College (Leeward CC) for an informational webinar to learn more about the 12-week program and how to apply for Cohort 1. Designed for established Hawaii-based value-added food businesses ready to pursue new market opportunities, the program combines advanced business education, expert mentorship, and practical guidance across compliance, manufacturing, branding, sales, logistics, e-commerce, and international market development, with an emphasis on Japan.

During the webinar, you’ll learn about the program curriculum and schedule, the $1,000 HACA scholarship, the in-person Export Readiness Showcase, potential opportunities to exhibit at or attend FOODEX Japan in March 2027, and eligibility requirements and the application process. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask questions before applying.
