IMPORTANT INFORMATION — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
- Auction will close on November 12, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. HST
- ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE PROCESSED AND ITEMS PROPERLY ORGANIZED BEFORE ANY PICKUPS CAN BE MADE.
- Item pickup will begin on or around November 19, 2025, from the Hawaii Food & Wine Festival (HFWF) office. Winners will receive detailed instructions via email when their item(s) are ready for pickup. Please be patient!
- If the winner is unable to pick up their item(s) in person, they will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid total
- Must be 21 years of age or older to bid on any items that include wine, spirit or beer
- Alcoholic items CANNOT and WILL NOT be shipped off-island. Bidder must be able to pick up these items from the HFWF office—no exceptions
- HFWF is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
