Ryan Golpeo is a seasoned hospitality and venue operations leader with more than 20 years of experience driving exceptional guest experiences, revenue growth, and high-performing teams across world-class sports, entertainment, and hospitality venues. He currently serves as Regional Vice President, for Legends Global overseeing premier venues throughout California. Previously, Ryan served as Vice President of Food & Merchandise Operations for Sphere Entertainment Co., helping lead the opening and operation of the iconic Sphere in Las Vegas. His expertise spans strategic planning, P&L management, people leadership, VIP hospitality, customer experience, vendor relations, and large-scale event operations. His career has also included leadership roles at Golden 1 Center. Kia Forum, Ball Arena and the Hawaii Convention Center. Golpeo has built a career around delivering hospitality programs that enhance both guest experience and the business performance of major live-event destinations.
