Nonna Patrizia Cordovani is one of the main talents of Nonna’s Pasta with Grandma. Born and raised in Palombara Sabina, near Rome, she learned the art of handmade pasta from her mother and grandmother, preserving techniques that have been passed down for generations. Patrizia joined the project three years ago and has since become a beloved brand ambassador, traveling around the world to share Italian culture, traditional recipes, and the warmth of the Italian grandmother experience.
