Mark O’Neill

Hundred Acre - Napa Valley, CA

Mark joined the Hundred Acre team at the start of 2025. In his current role as Vice President of Global Sales, he has led Hundred Acre Wine Group to industry-leading success in the growth of their portfolio of unparalleled wineries thanks to his love of team building and his dynamic network of relationships with distributors and iconic restaurants around the country.

Born and raised in New York City, Mark’s passion for wine and food developed at a young age. These early experiences ultimately led him to seek out jobs in the wine sphere, first with famed retailer Zachy’s Wine & Spirits and then the Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group, under iconic restauranter Alan Stillman, where Mark quickly rose to the ranks of Corporate Wine Director. It was in this role that Mark’s deep knowledge of luxury wine and passion for sales and education began to take shape.
From there, Mark embarked on a career in fine wine sales, first with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits in New York before moving into a series of roles with California industry icon Jess Jackson where he represented their Spire Collection – and the wines of Lokoya, Verite, Cardinale and more – first on the east coast and then eventually out west. After a number of years in Los Angeles, Mark ultimately returned east to New York to assume the role of General Manager for Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits’ boutique wine division Liberty Wine Selections.

After 4 years of industry-leading growth in that role, Mark once again returned to the producer side – and to California – when he was brought in by the Huneeus family to become the National Sales Manager for their wine portfolio, including famed wineries Quintessa & Flowers. This role ultimately connected him with Hundred Acre Wine Group CEO Landon Patterson, who then brough Mark in as Vice President of Global Sales to oversee the next phase of growth for Hundred Acre, Fortunate Son and Summer Dreams.
Mark currently resides in Napa with his wife Claire, their daughter Sophia and dog Fudge.
