He is passionate about Japanese cuisine and serves as a Board Member of Naturally New York and is an Advisor to the mochi ice cream company, Mochi Love. As a young man, Kenshiro dreamt of traveling the world playing soccer. Now, he travels the world as a third-generation leader of an artisan noodle maker. His journey reflects a blend of strategic vision and hands-on experience in growing businesses that celebrate culinary traditions.
