Jeff Mora is the Founder and CEO of Food Fleet, the premier mobile food service provider founded in 2012 to help independent mobile and family-owned food businesses succeed inside corporate and large-scale event environments. What began as a simple effort to connect food trucks with venues has grown into a network of more than 5,000 culinary partners.

Mora’s path to Food Fleet spans four decades in the culinary world. From apprenticing under Certified Master Chef Raimund Hofmeister at LA’s Century Plaza Hotel to training in Michelin-starred kitchens in the Netherlands, and cooking professionally across 22 countries, including representing the United States on the National Culinary Olympic Team. He spent eight seasons overseeing foodservice for the LA Lakers, including their three-year championship run, and later led food and beverage strategy for the New Zealand Trade Board.

Today, Mora applies that experience to some of the largest stages in live entertainment, orchestrating culinary programs for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, the Kentucky Derby, the Grammies, and the NFL to name a few. As this panel explores how food has evolved from amenity to main attraction, Mora offers a rare vantage point: he’s spent his career building the infrastructure that makes that transformation possible.
