Harry Chin

Harry Chin is a Honolulu-based bartender, mixologist, and co-owner of Pigeonhole, a craft cocktail bar in Chinatown that he opened with his partner, Theresa Kim.

Originally from California, Chin began his career in education before making the leap into hospitality, following a passion for food, drink, and creating memorable experiences around the bar. His path has taken him through some of Hawaii and Los Angeles’ notable restaurants and cocktail programs.

At Pigeonhole, Chin brings together his love of education, cocktails, local ingredients, and Hawaii’s diverse food culture. His approach is playful and curious, with an emphasis on drinks that feel familiar while still surprising guests. Through Pigeonhole, he continues to explore what a modern Hawaii cocktail bar can look and taste like—one that is rooted in place, but never takes itself too seriously.
