Born and raised in Hilo, Hawaii, Felicia Alves is the Bar Lead at the famous Hau Tree Lanai at the Kaimana Beach Hotel in Waikiki. Her approach to cocktails blends Hawaii-inspired flavors, thoughtful techniques, and genuine hospitality. Drawing inspiration from local ingredients, her personal island culture, and the creatives around her, Felicia creates drinks that are approachable, memorable, and rooted in a sense of genuine aloha. With more than 15 years behind a bar, Felicia has assisted with opening various bars & restaurants around the state & spent over a decade in event bartending. Felicia views her career as a way to create genuine connections & an opportunity to share authentic aloha.
