Eliza Hoar

Born and raised in New York City, Eliza Hoar is an award-winning hospitality professional with a passion for thoughtful service and craft cocktails. Her curiosity and drive have taken her across the country from Maine and Aspen to Boston and San Diego each stop shaping her approach to hospitality.

In San Diego, Eliza was part of the acclaimed cocktail programs at Noble Experiment and Youngblood and has competed in several international and national cocktail competitions, including Stoli Elit Grand Masters, Patrón Perfectionists, Nikka Perfect Serve, and regionally in Speed Rack. She later served as Principal Bartender at Equal Measure before moving into bar leadership role, Director of Bars at Manor Bar and Rosewood Miramar Beach in Santa Barbara.
