Born and raised in New York City, Eliza Hoar is an award-winning hospitality professional whose career has taken her from Maine and Aspen to San Diego, Boston, and California’s Central Coast. Along the way, she has worked with acclaimed cocktail programs including Noble Experiment, Youngblood, and Equal Measure, while competing in prestigious cocktail competitions such as Stoli Elit Grand Masters, Patrón Perfectionists, Nikka Perfect Serve, and Speed Rack.

Today, as Director of Bars at Rosewood Miramar Beach in Santa Barbara, Eliza leads the resort’s beverage program, creating cocktails inspired by seasonality, sustainability, and a strong sense of place. Passionate about storytelling through food and drink, she believes the best cocktails are those that connect guests to local ingredients, memorable experiences, and the people who bring them to life.
