Edgar Rodriguez, Maui-based mixologist, has called the island home for the past 9 years. Behind the bar for 11 years, Rodriguez started his career in Kansas before making his way to Maui, having had the opportunity to work at some of Maui’s favorite spots, from Fleetwood’s to Esters Fair Prospect. Today, he serves as Bar Manager at Makawao Public House. Rodriguez is passionate about great cocktails, genuine hospitality, and creating a memorable experience for every guest. He is proud to be the 2026 Maui USCC Cocktail Champion and Jen Akril’s Cinco de Mayo Cocktail Competition winner.
