This spring, treat your ohana to a chef-curated Island Easter Basket Brunch To-Go—presented by Hawaii Ag & Culinary Alliance (HACA) in collaboration with the talented students and faculty of the Kapiolani Community College (KapCC) Culinary Arts Program. This ready-to-eat brunch meal for four (4) people showcases locally sourced ingredients and student-designed dishes that reflect the spirit of Hawaii’s culinary future—all for $350 per basket. Optional add-ons like Hot Cross Buns and Fresh Fuji Apple Turnovers are also available to complete your feast. All orders will be fully prepared and available for pick up to enjoy at home on Sunday, April 20!
Proceeds will benefit the KapCC Culinary Arts Program through scholarships, equipment and student enrichment programs including international culinary exchanges—nurturing the next generation of Hawaii’s culinary leaders. The fair market value of the Island Easter Basket Brunch is $225; your contribution in excess of this amount is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
