Hawaii Ag and Culinary Alliance dba Hawaii Food & Wine Festival is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization. All proceeds from the Thirteenth Annual Hawaii Food & Wine Festival benefit the Festival which supports culinary and agricultural education, sustainability, and cultural programs in Hawaii.
Hawaii Food & Wine Festival recognizes the use of diacritical markings in the modern orthography of Hawaiian language including the âokina [â] or glottal stop, and the kahakĹ [Ä] or macron.
