A multi-hyphenate in the bar world, Holly Graham is a bartender, author, editor and journalist. Holly is the founder of cocktail bar Tokyo Confidential in Japan, which debuted at 53 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024 and was nominated for Best New International Cocktail Bar at Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards 2024. She is also the author of Cocktails of Asia, a book that shares the recipes, stories and history behind the cocktails, bars and people that define the spirited region she’s called home for almost two decades. Holly is currently #19 on Bar World 100 – a list of the world’s most influential figures in the bar industry – and has featured consecutively since 2020. Holly also sits on both the education and Spirited Awards committees for Tales of the Cocktail and was the Managing Editor of DRiNK Magazine Asia and Food and Drink Editor of Time Out Hong Kong.
