A third-generation chef with a deep passion for culinary excellence, Petard has over 30 years of experience working in all facets of cooking and restaurant management across France, England and New York City. Prior to joining Alohilani Resort, Petard served as executive chef for BLT Steak Waikiki. During his time in Manhattan, Alexandre Petard worked in esteemed restaurants including Jean-Georges, Brasserie Les Halles and Brasserie Beaubourg.
