Eighth Annual - October 6—28, 2018 - Tickets on sale now!
In honor of Paul Bocuse—the celebrated, influential French chef who passed away in January—the Hawai‘i Food & Wine Festival’s annual Halekulani Culinary Masters Gala will pay tribute to his legacy. Appointed “chef of the century” by the Culinary Institute of America, Bocuse led the way for culinary innovation with fresh ingredients and unexpected flavor combinations at his three-Michelin- starred eponymous restaurant outside of Lyon.
In 1987, he founded the international chefs’ competition Bocuse d’Or, which today is known as the Olympics of food. Six world-class chefs—including Mathew Peters, who last year led the first American team to win the Bocuse d’Or—will take inspiration from the art of Chef Bocuse to create a memorable six-course, wine-paired dinner.
