Hawaii Food & Wine Festival’s annual wine-centric grand tasting returns to the Hawaii Convention Center with dozens of acclaimed winemakers and world-renowned chefs for a night that celebrates varietals from wine countries near and far! Enjoy world-class wines and crush-worthy vintages from famed cellars while swirling your commemorative Hawaii Food & Wine Festival etched Riedel wine glass with some of the best winemakers and sommeliers in the business. And shake things up with mixology masters behind some of the best bars in the world, as they put a twist on craft cocktails that will make your heart sing. Paired with delicious creations from award-winning chefs—all featuring some of Hawaii’s best ingredients—you’ll indulge in an evening of gastronomic excellence!

Get early access to sip and swirl an hour before General Admission attendees with a Priority Access ticket that gives you early entry at 5:00 P.M. Or, upgrade to VIP which includes early entry access and a reserved seat in our VIP lounge featuring three additional gourmet experiences! VIP guests will enjoy Chef Roy Yamaguchi’s signature raw bar—a seafood feast of lobster, king crab, and oysters; sashimi favorites like chutoro and hamachi; seared wagyu and so much more. Chef Aaron Silverman of Pineapple & Pearls in D.C. brings caviar dreams to life with a whimsical caviar bar featuring favorites like his coconut ice cream topped with caviar. The safety of our attendees and participants is our number one priority. In accordance with ‘Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach’s Health & Safety policies, ALL employees, guests and patrons – including HFWF21 attendees – will be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to attend the event. NEGATIVE COVID-19 TESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Ticket holders will receive instructions on how to submit documentation and further information on health and safety measures can be found on our FAQ page, or by contacting [email protected].

By attending HFWF21:

  • You acknowledge that you (and all ticketed attendees) will comply with all HFWF Health & Safety Protocols once determined by government mandate at time of HFWF21, including but not limited to face mask requirements, health screening and questionnaire, proof of negative COVID-19 test or vaccine card
  • You (and all ticketed attendees) acknowledge that by attending HFWF21, you will be subject to HFWF Health & Safety Protocols. HFWF reserves the right to refuse entry or remove an individual from an event if any such protocols are breached
