Things are heating up in the #HFWF virtual kitchen! The power chef couple behind MW Restaurant, Michelle Karr-Ueoka and Hawaiian Airlines Featured Chef Wade Ueoka, are teaching you step-by-step how to prepare the ultimate southern-style seafood and sausage boil. With the curated meal kits for pick up, your pots will be overflowing with mouthwatering ingredients: Kona lobster, Kauai shrimp, clams, potatoes, corn, sausage, carrots and more. While your seafood boil is cooking to perfection, whip up a pupu made of fresh ahi poke nachos. Plus, our #HFWF home chefs have exclusive access to the perfect wine pairing, Ancient Peaks Shell Seeker Chardonnay, 2019, made exclusively for Hawaiian Airlines First Class menu, and a special tasting led by one of the longest-certified Master Sommeliers in the U.S. and Hawaiian Airlines Master Sommelier, Chuck Furuya. Put on your apron and grab the wine bottle opener for the Cook & Drink Along, followed by a live Q&A session with our featured talent.

Important Information:

    • The curated meal kits with Poke Nachos and Seafood Boil that serves two (2) are available for pickup on Oahu from MW Restaurant on Thursday, October 1, 2020, between 2:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.
          • Limited delivery available for MW Restaurant through Elite Delivery HERE.
            Delivery must be scheduled and purchased separately.
    • Cook & Drink Along with #HFWF can be purchased with or without a bottle of Ancient Peaks Shell Seeker Chardonnay.
    • Even if you are off-island, we encourage you to join us. A list of ingredients will be shared with you to follow along.
    • Ticket price is inclusive of taxes and fees.
    • All ages welcome; if you plan on sipping along during the Drink Along portion, you must be 21 or older to enjoy.
    • All sales are final. All events, prices, performances, venues, dates and times are subject to change without notice. Should the event(s) be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19, HFWF will offer a range options, including ticket exchanges, option to donate tickets or a full refund.
    • You will receive a confirmation e-mail and receipt from squadup@t.squadup.com following your purchase, in that email confirmation will include the Zoom link and directions.     • Wine is donated by Hawaiian Airlines and will appear as an Auction Ticket on your e-ticket.

     

    Proceeds will benefit the Kokua Ag & Culinary Fund, which supports the agricultural, culinary and hospitality industries in Hawaii.
