Liu Xing Liang is known as China’s Master Chef and a Shandong Cuisine Master. His past experiences include positions such as Master Chef of Quanjude (Juxin Branch) and Master Chef of Duck King Roast Duck Restaurant (Jianguomen and Zuojiazhuang Branch). He is currently the Executive Chef of Beijing Taste Management Co., Ltd and Beijing JuQi F&B Management Co., Ltd.
During his tenure, he personally received political leaders such as the former Chairman of the NPC Standing Committee Wanli, former Vice Chinese President Zeng Qinghong, and former Japanese Prime Minister Hashimoto Ryutaro. He also received highly praised celebrities such as former Director of the General Administration of Sport Wu Shaozu, former professional boxer Evander Holyfield, former head coach for China men’s national soccer team Bora Milutinovic, the current head coach of China women's national volleyball team Lang Ping with her team and China women's national football team.
Four Generation is one of the F&B brands of Beijing Taste Management Co., Ltd. Diners are fond of the Beijing dishes such as mahjong-shaped pea cakes and Peking duck. At present, there are four branches in Beijing with three more opening in 2017.
Beijing JuQi F&B Management Co., Ltd. has its famous sub-brand called JuQi. JuQi inherits the food culture of old Peking in a comprehensive way by inheriting the authentic dishes and flavors into their many patented dishes. Their hope is to help “Beijing cuisine” gradually make a mark in the local catering industry. JuQi has become increasingly popular since its opening and has been awarded on the top of the “Most Wanted Restaurants” lists for 25 weeks. At present, JuQi has 10 chain restaurants and is expected to achieve the scale of 20 chains by the end of 2017.
